IBM Travel Awards for Academic Researchers
We are pleased to announce that IBM is providing funds to help defray
conference expenses for selected ICML-2000 participants. These funds
are restricted to researchers at universities or other nonprofit
organizations who would have difficulty attending the conference
without financial support.
If you meet these conditions and would like to apply for one of
the travel awards, please send electronic mail to Mehmet Goker
(goker@rtna.daimlerchrysler.com) with a description of your
situation. Applicants should also be willing to volunteer their
time during the meeting in return for a waived registration fee.
Note: In some cases, we may not be able to make final decisions
about support until the conference has occurred.
