                                ASIDE

One of the hidden gems of a web page (at least for those at Stanford)
is the Physics Library's "Campus Eateries and Attractions" at

http://library.stanford.edu/depts/physics/related/eateries.html

Want to know where to eat on campus, this is the page. Not eating at
lunch but want to see an attraction, this is also the page.
                             ____________

                             ANNOUNCEMENT
                               Question
      Wednesday - Sunday, all day, 14 July 2004 - 2 January 2005
Cantor Arts Center (aka Stanford Museum)
               http://ccva.stanford.edu//question.html

This experimental project addresses questions that are frequently
asked about art and its presence in museums and provokes visitors, as
well as Center staff, to think in new ways. Objects from the Center's
collections illustrate questions that have no simple or "correct"
answer and that lead to continued exploration, such as "What is
artistic quality?" or "Who decides what is art or who is an artist?"
We welcome comments and questions from visitors.
                             ____________

friends to support this very worthwhile cause. This event will take
place at Velvet Lounge which features a full bar, large dance floor,
and professional sound system all in a very nice atmosphere.
Starting at 7pm the band will be belting a mix of devastatingly cool
original songs and incredibly hip covers.

Team In Training(r) home page accessible through the PAN!C web site.
Donors are automatically included on the guest list and will also
sponsor his marathon training. Donations (a $10 suggested minimum)
